Karl is recognized as one of
the leading commercial real estate professionals in
northeast Indiana. In his career he has completed 400
transactions totaling a volume of $100,000,000 and over
6,000,000 square feet. He has been in the commercial real
estate business since 1991 starting at Colliers Turley
Martin Tucker in Indianapolis. In 1993 through the first
quarter of 2004, Karl grew from a junior broker to the
Executive Vice President/Partner of The Zacher
Company. This includes being named top broker in 1999 and
2002. Karl is a member of the
Society of Office and Industrial Realtors, (SIOR) which is
the highest designation to be
awarded to an industrial or office commercial realtor. He
has also received his professional
designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM).
This designation is
awarded to those who complete graduate curriculum that
focuses on marketing, marketing
evaluation and investment analysis.

David W Nugent
Partner

David has been in the
commercial real estate industry since 1997. He has completed
over 300 transactions totaling a volume of $75,000,000
during his career. David has extensive experience with
industrial, retail, office and investment properties ranging
from the sale and leasing of single tenant net leased
industrial properties to the sale and leasing of
neighborhood and community shopping centers. He is also in
the process of completing his SIOR
and CCIM designations.
For over twenty years David has been recognized as a leader
in the business community. He has owned a number of business
entities and been repeatedly honored as a leader and award
winner. David has conducted numerous seminars, and written
articles and training manuals in order to take an active
role in raising the level of performance in his field.

David W Dumas

David specializes in the
sales and leasing of industrial, office, retail and
investment properties in Northern Indiana. He began his
career in commercial real estate in 1999. Since the
beginning of his commercial real estate career David has
been involved in larger industrial, office and retail
projects. Prior to his commercial real estate career he
owned a dental and medical supply company that distributed
throughout the Midwest. David’s success with his company led
to the sale to Henry Schein, the nation’s largest dental
retailer. David graduated from Indiana University School of
Business with a degree in Finance. David is currently in
the process of completing his (SIOR) Society of Industrial
and Office Realtors and
(CCIM) Certified Commercial Investment Member designations.

Paula S Hughes |
|
Paula Hughes is the newest
member of the BND Commercial team. She has enjoyed a long
career in Community and Economic Development, including
positions as the President of the Downtown Improvement
District of Fort Wayne and Executive Director of the Chamber
of Commerce in Decatur, Indiana. Paula is also a member of
the Allen County Council, representing the 2nd District. She
holds a BA from Indiana University and an MBA from the
University of Saint Francis. Paula currently sits on the
Allen County Plan Commission, Fort
Wayne-Allen County Economic Development Alliance Board of
Directors, Urban Transportation Advisory Board (UTAB) and is
a member of The Quest Club.
